    "ocrText": "Telecon\nWarren Nutter\n12:40 p. m. 10/23/69\nNutter said while he was gone there was some action on the NSSM 52\n(Greece). Nutter was confused as to where it now stands. He gathered\nthey were preparxing to send the memo straight to the President,\nthen\nthey\nmade\nsome\nsuggestions that were not major and now he understands that they are\ngoing to shift the NSSM to the NSC.\nK said he was not aware of this and planned on sending it directly to\nthe President. Nutter said then there won't be anything for his principals\nto do . K said not unless klx Laird wants to have NSC meeting on it. and\nasked if there was any problem on it. Nutter said his people thought\nthat the first draft did not completely reflect what had been discussed in\nthe Review Group. K asked if everything had been absorbed and Nutter\nwasn't sure.
