L said they're speculating now on what it will be. L said there's nothing on the news yet. But they said the armed services and Congressional leadership are going to be there. L told his people to say they don't know anything. K said that's right. L said it's better that they don't know. K said much better. K said the instruction we gave was to say it is on disarmament.
