F said I don't bother you--the only time I call you is when I think it important that we converse. K said he told Garment to call you and he said he did; he said he call Sisco, and Sisco was eager to talk to you. K said I thought it was under control. F said my effectiveness is not good unless I know what's going on. K said well that's in our own selfish interest, the White House's. F said David Rockefeller talked with him; he was in for an hour and a helf. F said he wants to be the great diplomat now. K said they all do. F said he said he saw the P. K said we hear a lot of people; that doesn't mean anything. F said I will call Sisco. F said I'm not going to bother you except in a case of real importance. F said I just want to be kept informed. F said there are going to be some real problems I visualize. K said good. F said he will be in town next week. K said right, bye.
