P: I velieve a P should listen not only to those who tell him what he wants to hear, but what he needs to hear This is particularly important when the lives of American men are involved. It fits better at the end of the whole thing. R: Xxxx Yes, it's more logical. Now the only other point I have P: page 10? K: Yes. P: Just a minute. K: I just wondered whether you would consider dropping the last sentence and end on up-beat note of previous one. I can see the point of keeping it in- - - I don't feel strongly about it. Because it tells them something to do. P: Or we could say I don't think we can drop it with "I know there's nothing more . 11 Got to say "I pledge" or something I don't know. K: I would leave it. It gives them something to do. It makes them feel they are participating.
