G: Max Fisher called twice, I don't know what he was talking about. He
thinks there is to be an iminant statement on arms and financial aid. Only
thing to diffuse this meeting would be a message
K: I have a message but not much.
G: A greeting or substantive?
K: "Provide military equipment to provide secutity for the people. 11
Can I get it to you and let you do somehting with it?
G Nothing happening between now and Sunday? Under study now. to night
or tomorrow morning?
K: Within the hour.
