R: OK. You can solve problems sometimes by approaching them from either

K: If you want it cut by 15%, we could agree but if you wanted to cut it by
50 percent, we couldn't agree.
R: I think I had probably better still talk to him and see what he wants to do.
Bill wouls want to if he were here. Meanwhile, it would help to get them
together.
K: We will proceed on this basis. The last thing we want is a confrontation.
We are part of the same Administration and all we want is the President to
look good.
R: I will agree with that. I will tell Cargo He can expect to here from you.
