K: What has happened to you?
S: I've been on Administration matters but I'm fxax phasing back in again.
K: I always enjoy seeing you.
S: I'm writing a piece about your report. Do you have a few spare minutes?
K: Sure. What time?
S: Suit yourself.
Who
K: Let's try for 11:30. I was a little concerned. How was the fellow who
kept asking about the hard line to the Soviets? He was a little solid. Did
you get that?
S: No.
K: Good
S: I want to talk about the Soviet thing.
K: It has a definite Soviet philosophy but -- a whole as you read the
first section on An Era of Negotiation shows how important we think
negotiation is.
S: It shows a change in the whole atmosphere. It's great. It's straight forward
and clear and a pretty powerful doaument.
K: Let's try for 11:30
