G: I have to go to the Hill tomorrow morning and in the afternoon I have

K: At six I have someone coming in.
G: How about Sunday?
K: Do you want to do it before the weekend? How about lunch next Tues. ?

K: I just wanted, for your own information, to tell you that I saw a rather
amazing cable sent to Habib that transmitted an instruction verbatim that
I sent over. In my limited acquaintance with the State Dept., this is a new
procedure. It was a hand written note from the President. I just wanted
you to know for your information.
G: Thank you.
