will not get that.
K: He only saw the disadvantage.
R: This will take the steam out of it.
K: So they said the Joint Chiefs are against it - - that will be an asset.
R: Hecould fudge up the time frame and leave a month or two latitude. Otherwise,
he will not have the opportunity to let off steam. I will be here all day until
&x 7:00 our time.
K: You are going to meet Chiang Ching-kuo -- you will leave at 6:00?
R: Yes.
K: I will call about three our time if I have anything.
R: We got a good telegram from Holland.
K: It was very thoughtful.
