K: I made your case on the figure. Then he decided that a formal figure gets
him into trouble but at the same time it gives him blex flexibility. You are the
only one who knows. Don't tell your staff.
L: He'll have to keep it out of the rate. We can't get into that so far in
advance. You have to be in a position to do it either way. That's why I liked
the three criteria.
K: He feels strongly that there cannot be 40 out by Aut. 15. That's too fast.
L: It isn't. I know where he got that but if he read our stuff --
K: He has. Anything with your signature goes to him.

L: Clark Clifford and I argued this and that's his idea. I argued the opposite.
K: You saw it develop and you know the concensus on it. We can do more now.
L: I think there's some problems with this. We can kexawxx live with it.
K: We will have to.
L: You wonder about it. All of the arguements for regular announcements go
out the window.
K: He wasn't taking any calls and he called me on something else. He had a
poll taken and when you give a formal gx figure it doesn't hurt as much.
