K: I enjoyed it too.
F: I'm going to be in Washington next Thursday and Friday and
wondered X if you are going to be in town and if lunch was free for you.
K: Let me see. As it turns out I'll be in town. Friday I may
be in Key Biscayne, so let's aim for Thursday. Let's eat at the Metropol-
itan Club, unless you prefer my office.
F: Whichever is more convenient for you.
K: Let's say the Metropolitan Club at 1:00. Will I be able to reach
you if there are any changes?
F: Why don't I call you Wednesday night or Thursday morning, and if
it's suddenly more convenient to eat in your office we'll do that.
K: Okay.
