TELCON McCloy/Kissinger 5:35 pm 4/28/70 M: We are going to have another meeting. I wrote you a letter to see if you want to give us a slant on what the committee should be doing from here on out. K: Something differnt than what you were doing. Do I have to give you a time now? M: We had it at 4:00 but we xxxxxxx can change that. K: Did David Young suggest that? M: No, I didn't talk to him. K: I will come unless something extraordinary happens. 4:00 is probably as good a time as ever. You have a special claim on me. M: It's not important to have you there when the Japanese talk and we will go over their nuclear situation. We will hear Farley. How are you otherwise? K: We are going through a hectic situation. M: I can imagine with this Cambodian crisis.
