He is an old\nfriend of mine and raised most of HHH's money. Wherever H has gone, Dwayne\nhas gone. They are close personal friends. I see him when I am in Fla. Dwayne\nhas made a number of fréends in Russia. There's one of them who is close\nto the top to the Embassy here. He says he wants to establish a relationship with\nsomeone close in the government.
