L: Yes and if you cut back much below that they will know it and

K: The frequency of flights xtoxes we should not be provacative but
you should not decrease or increase the normal number of flights.
L: And we shouldn't change the rules of engagement.
K: If they fire we can hit them back.
L: I will watch it and see that they don't increase. Route package p
1 is the most important. I will put in priority there but I will not lay
off any until I get the word from the President.
K: I will raise it with him tomorrow morning.
L: Henry, you ask as if I shouldn't give you these reports. But I want
to keep you informed.
K: No. Phil Habib has been peddling these reports all over town.
L: I am watching it. We are not going to increase our flights but
we are not going to fly the full 25.
K: Do you want me to send you a little note.
L: No, I don't want any damn note. I just told Wheeler to look at it SO
that they don't IXIXXXXXX increase it.
