P: You say '64 is lowest? That's when they increased the pressure, Rogers
made a good statement. They are dragging him in. In supporting Cambodia.
K: He is with the hawks there.
P: It's interesting -- he does reflect the people he is with.
K: From that point of view these trips are good.

P: skex won't expect anything today. Are you going to the OAS reception?
K: Yes, this evening.
