K: In Vienna we are doing well. If we wanted to have a limited
agreement, we could probably get in in this year, but I don't think it's
right to leave out offensive limitations.
D: We might review a little about Intelligence (?) limitations/ we
had before.
K: That's good. The only thing is we might want a meeting in
the later afternoon or evening rather than at breakfast.
D: Okay. Was the ABM paper my secretary brought down to you
useful?
K: Yes, very helpful.
D: Good. How is the protocol coming. Are you going to give it a
push?
K: We can talk about that. We have made the basic decisions.
D: Okay. David will call me back about the 21st, 22nd or 23rd?
K: Yes. It will probably be the 21st or 23rd.
D: Okay. Does Laird have the numbers right in the New York Times
this morning?
K: Yes.
D: That's too bad.
