R: I have got it in writing already.
K: I will send Colonel Kennedy to get it.
R: I will send it to Col. Kennedy in the White House.
K: But make sure only he gets it. Is it an official letter from
the Prime Minister?
R: No, a clarification I was asked to make here and respond
to her. In all but two points it is satisfactory. But there are two basic
points regarding the question of veto.
K: Of a settlement?
R: No, question of a total withdrawal and question of a certain
interpretation of the refugee problem.
K: I get it. Why don't you send it over and I will be in touch
with you.
R: Fine.
K: Some day you are going to call me with some good news.
R: It doesn't look SO in the foreseeable future. It depends
on what you consider good news.
K: I look forward to seeing you when I get back.
R: Yes.
