That's what the purpose of these formulae are. The Jarring\nstatement ? ? ? ? without the full negotiation on the other side. I have\nbeen trying as you suggested.\nK: I can add nothing new.\nS: I am going to try to get Yost to get the Secy. Gen. to make an announcement\nthat he has recieved the views of the parties -- \"in light of the acceptance\n? ? ? on the 19th and 20th of June ? ? ? ? I have asked Jarring to\n?\n? ? ? ?\" I am trying to get Yost. I am worried that it's beginning to\nleak. I am going to try to get the Secy. General to get this out without\ncirculation.
