P: Are you going to have word on the tactical air sortie level?
K: By the middle of next week at the latest.

Where do you think you' re going to be coming out?
K: With you.
P: We need to get some planning out to the military so they can get supplied.
I
K: It's with the President now and my recommendation - - we don't
generally give them out--but my recommendation is to accept your pro-
posal on planning for 14 and then it has the flexibility. But it can't be
longer than Wednesday.
p Anything you can do it speed it up will be helpful.
