K: I wanted to check with you. I talked to Gerard Smith about his coming
back on ABM. They have the wind up on Wed.
H: He shouldn't come back. Oan't he talk on the phone.
K: Colson said that's not good enough.
H: Tell him that's what he is going to get.
K: He prefers it if they call him rather than have him initiate the call.
H: Colson or Timmons should go to Senate effice and place the call with
him there to accept it.
K: He thinks it would look odd for him to come back, lobby for ABM, and
go back to them.
H: I agree.
K: Is the Pre;sident up? On that aid thing, I haven't gotten to him.
H: He's up.
K: I will call him in half an hour.
