K: Good, let's get a date in the middle of September. And if, in your
judgment, I should see the Soviet group, just invite them in my behalf.
You don't have to check that with me. I will just adjust my schedule. And
maybe I could get the President to drop in, but I don't know about that.
Should I ask Henry to get in touch with you?
D: I'll call him--I have his number. Your New Orleans backgrounding,
was that within the limits of the Soviets' I was surprised that SO much was
said.
K: They haven't complained. I told them ahead of time that would be done.
D: we will take SALT off the agenda at Pugwash.
K: Okay, Henry Brandon will leave at the end of next week.
D: Okay.
K: Good.
