has the President come down to put military men on an international force?
K: Not yet--I will know in a few minutes.
L: If we do it at all it should be a temporary measure.
K: I will know in about 10 minutes what he's coming down on. Before
we finalize it I will call you with the list.
L: Okay, we want to have the international thing covered in case
someone pulls out a gun and does something.
K: Okay, I will call you back.
