K: I have the Yugoslav Ambassador here. They don't want it mentioned
today but want a separate announcemnet tomorrow. We can handle it. It
will probably leak but he understands that. He has very strict instructions.
H: Problemxxxxxxxx tying them to Spain and 6th Fleet?
K: Right.
H: We will announce Yugoslavia tomorrow and Ireland later this week.
K: I have one other probelm with that that I cannot discuss with you now.
H: All right.
