We are already almost sure that it would not be accepted. However, it might shut up some in this country with what is needed. Thieu is very satisfied with it. We did not have to browbeat him. A: Not positive ? K: Anything that rallies support is positive. A: I am coming down in a little while K: [Important thing in there is the need for international supervision and they cannot accept that. ] That is really the only thing in it of any consequence. statements of what we have already said.
