K: I am studying thexgixix figures you gave me yesterday. When you have
75. 5 is it a billion increase which includes the 600 bixtx million?
S: We
including it. 6/10 divided into two parts. 72 effect of the
supplemental. The other 3/10 we do not have to show.
K: 3/10 in 75 points.
S: Wayne Smith is more familiar with it then I. You can X choose items
in the list that will come out to a different number.
K: I understand. I am just trying to get it into my head.
(HAK then called Smith. Smith said he thought it included the 600 million
but he would have to check and call back. HAK said if it did, the 75.5 would
then be a budget of 76.1.
Smith called back and said it inclues 100 million so all the figures on paper
are in fact 500 million dollars below what they should be.)
