K: kjatxxx Okay, I will keep that in mind and get it into the
President's head. He will probably make the ultimate decision on that
on the basis of domestic decisions. The problem is as soon as some
cabinet members know, they will claim credit for it. I don't mean
anyone in your department. We have two courses: tell the TCC or not
tell the Cabinet.
S: But there's nothing rigid about the 15th?
K: No, it would not be impossible to slip it to the 25th.
S: Okay.
