M:
I wanted to send you a note. But I wanted it to be confidential
and be sure that no one would read it.
K:
You could put your name on the cover and double envelope it
and say 'exclusively for.
M:
It's not secret -- it's personal.
K:
No one will read it.
You can send it to my house [gave
address].
M:
Great. Do you see any chance in the future for the other
meeting?
K:
I will get Dave Halperin to call you.
M:
What happened to Dave Young?
K:
I wore him out.
M:
He is good and loyal.
K:
That's a rare quality here
M:
Can we have dinner when you feel like it?
K:
When you are down here. I will look forward to that.

M:
Henry, I forgot to ask you one question. Tomorrow night,
Alice and I are supposed to go to an art reception -- the Ambassador
of Japan. Is he worthwhile meeting?
K:
Ushiba -- not bad.
M:
But not too exciting?
K:
Not outstanding. He's not a warm human being, but few Japanese
are.
M:
I wanted to know whether he was outstanding. Thank you.
