I: The (crisis) is all over with so I don't need to bother you.
K: What was it?
I: I was calling to see if you knew about the vote in the World Bank on Guyana.
Treasury was instructed to abstain.
K: The President told Connally that no votes until we get the expropriation
thing worked out.
I: We will see what reaction we get from Guyana. The loan is sure to pass.
Canada voted for it. We should get along quickly on expropriations so xxxbxexxx
I am glad it's an early date on it. On the conversation with Dobrynin -
K: You can read it if you like.
I: Maybe before or after the NSC I could stay and talk with you.
K: Anytime.
