K : We are all sick and exhausted and it always happens that a
year later we ask what happened.
P : This will be an insignificant issue in '74.

can't go into it further.
P: I find there's a Congress that is unwilling to accept
responsitilities and wants to go to the President.

bility. In 2-3 months it may be very appropriate to do it jointly
