What does that do to our negotiating position generally?
HAK: I don't think I want to make any comment now but we are looking
at it very intensively.
HK:
Is there anything that can be done.
HAK: The Supreme Court hasn't ruled on the Ky candidacy. There was
an appeal by the Supreme Court. We are looking at it now to see
what can be done.
HK:
It is a most unfortunate development now.
HAK: We are staying off the record.
HK:
Does this compromise our negotiating position.
HAK: Why don't you quit. I will see you later before we leave here. I
don't want to give a lot of off the cuff opinion now.
