I am on the way to a meeting.\nW: Simply, the Indians have had one $60 million loan from the Bank. No other\nloan. That loan has past the Board. No dispersements.\nK: Can we drag our feet?\nW: I doubt it. Nothing ixaxxietx immediately ahead of us. Next 10 days nothing\ncoming for approval. Pakistanis have $370 million. Probably higher unless\nsomething comes ? ? ? ? ? $370 million will be easily absorbed.\n? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Jume 30 year end.\nK: If we want to stop, what do we do?\nW: Begin by making noises around the Bank. I could shock them to vote\nnegative or abstain.
