The Indians have trained two divisions of Banglas because they
are hard to tell apart. The Indians are supporting them with
artillery tanks whenever they get into trouble but not Indian
forces. There are two things they are trying to do. One,
on the Frontier and bleed them there SO that the guerrillas can
operate in the internal
and secondly,
Pakistani
Army so that they run out of supplies and collapse. Offered
them almost everything. If they gave us three months to work
on it, we would get it.
C:
It is hard to figure out.
K:
The Indians won't let anyone in and the Pakistanis are too badly
organized.
C:
Okay, Henry. I'm sorry you can't come out but you are nice to
