B: Calling on the question of mission security. I am told -- have you been
briefed on the thing that got us stalled up on the JDL thing?
K: Yes.
B: The fellow who is handling that for the Atty. Gen. was just in my office.
One recommendation that we were going to make was to put EPS people in the
Chinese mission here. Glenn spoke up and said someone had better speak with the
because we wanted city police put there when they first came and they didn't
want it. I said this was a EXIX WH thing and --
K: Could I call you at 5:00?
B: I will be across the street. Call me later. I wanted to be sure you got in
the act on the thing.
