J: What Jack brought over was not accepted?
K: Couldn't present them. After he stated what he wanted he walked out of the room.
I went after to soften things.
J: Things we discussed this morning and things about discussion with Yahya.
K: Can you send them back over?
J: Let me call Jack.
K: They are neither approved or disapproved. They were not considered. Could you
make sure no leaks on the scheme of this morning. It's xxxt in
not in favor
of it but more chance of working if Russians assimilate conversation and then do it.
J: No one here but Jack and Chris and I.
K: Sometimes Joe goes over.
J: These telegrams are what we discussed this morning. I don't know why he didn't
present them.
K: Because the President was so sharp he didn't give him a chance.
J: I see. I will call Jack and see where it stands.
