HAK: This is his view--it isn't a big deal--don't get them together,
if you don't have a normal briefing. That is not a good idea to
get the impression that he is coming back just to see Bhutto. We
will also be having a letter go to Mrs. Candhi tomorrow or Sunday.
RZ: Hard-lined?
HAK: Yes, either tomorrow or Sunday.
