Seriously, in the Soviet Union there's two strands. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Always in conflict. They don't create xiatxx situation in South Asia, it was there. They took maximum advantage. It indicates hazard of govt. whose basic instincts are aggressive and who slides into major crises and wants a on national basis. But helpful in ending it to preserve the detente. E: That's why they did it. Did you see Scotty yesterday? K: It was one of his best pieces.
