But in any event theimportant thing now is to keep that on our heart
line and just remember reassure people around here about this.
One thing Henry you've got to pound in is that we have a lot of support
for this. That's the thing the TV people and SO forth have got to.
I've got to give Haldeman a call on that.

Absolutely - they are absolutely embittered/when you talk to rational
people you find an enormous amount of support. They're all proud
of what you've done. It's best you know when you go into the George-
town salon, but if they weren't against this they'd be against something
else.
P:
Listen, next October I don't care if we pull this off and have the summit
with the Soviets or anything else, they are going to be violently against
us. They are a breed.
K:
Exactly.
P:
Another thing they realize that if we win they're going to be wiped
out - totally wiped out.
K:
That's another thing.
