Page 2 GS: Now our line on the oil and gas deal is that we are anxious to pursue it aggressively and we think there are lot of facts to be determined as yet--but we are interested and moving and as soon as we get our- selves organizxed, reorganized right with our companies, we are in motion and -- HK: And we are making major efforts to organize ourselves. GS: At this point, I am scheduled to go to dinner tonight with John Sparkman who is chairman of the banking committee--an important committee-- HK: How about tomorrow in Camp David -no one knows who is on that list. GS: I am scheduled to go to a Nicks/Bullitts Basketball game with people from the Finance Committee--and the Ways and Means Committee
