Hi, Henry. Couple of things, one on the-

Okay, why don't you go ahead first.

On the Chinese thing, one of the things that has to be held
strictly between you and me, that we did agree was to set up
some sort of an office. And they will notify us today what they
want to call it.
R:
Uh huh. Dan Rather had it this morning on the radio.
K:
Because the God damned, you know, these insane
I told them it's a possibility, and they leaked it.
R:
In any event, it's out.
K:
For some reason they don't want to confirm until a joint
announcement.
R:
Yeah. Well what I evas going to suggest is that I'11 be asked
something about this China trip, and Id like to be able to say
something, for example, I would like to say that we will have
some statement on it in the near future, something, just whatever
you want me to say.
K:
You say we111 have a communique within the next few days.
R:
Oh, that would be fine, sure.
K:
Good.
R:
That would be no problem at all, I just don't--I want to be able
to say something.
K:
No, no, you should say that we'll have a statement on it within
before the end of the week.
R:
That's fine. Another thing, I'm the Chairmanship of the conference
not that I think it makes all that difference, what I plan to do
