All right, thank you. We have had a pretty satisfactory session
with both Bonn and here, and we have developed a US draft
communique, whether it will be the final comminique is certainly
a long way to be seen, but we showed it in both places and the
reaction has been reasonably good.
K:
Right.
S:
Now, we have sent--we have just dispatched a copy to you.
K:
All right.
S:
And, presumably it will be there in a few hours, and I

think it's something like that is what comes out will be very much
along the lines of the message I received from you.
K:
Right. Well, that's-.
S:
I would say that the situation is better than was assumed.
K:
Right. Of course, you know. I don't want to make any comments--

Okay, well we'll just--I think it's all right.

We make certain very flexible commitments that are in line with
the way the situation is going, and I think it's turning out reasonably
well.
