A:
I talked to
about it.
K:
Yes I know.
A;
And he said by some strange series, just one of those accidents,
that happen in your gracious body, you've been separatedfrom
the men who really knows about the subject, and I was not very
much impressed by your Mr. DiBONA.
K:
Well he isn't my man.
A:
Well I thought you said he was Ehrlichman's.
K:
Yeah.
if he
A;
And he's brand new to it, and I've spent a week on it,/ really
does give you the absolute cream, and the Post won't stand
a shall hoot staffing, the headline ended in dollar ? on this
piece I wrote today and then one end of our power on the
piece I have coming on Friday. I -and it's all very honest
this lawful thing. I do recommend you to take some time off
and get yourself simple briefing ones ?? ? ?
K:
All right. I will do that next week.
A:
I can tell you how to do it to.
K:
How.
A:
Well, the man who really knows about it, I think you ought to
get him onto your staff, or get him connected--wired into
yourxekfx staff. A man call Jim M
,
foreign service
office.
K:
Yeah, I know who he is.
A:
But up at the Congressional Committee on Atomic Energy
they 've got another guy called Jack Bridges who's just as good.
And my direction of Pastore, Mal Price, and Chet Hollifield.
He has got up an
briefings you know. He has got
up a briefing that really packs all the basic facts into about
45 minutes to an hour, and you really see it before yourvery
eyes. It's quite, quite extraordinary.
