by the Department of dir. tricks over in the White House and I am
really outraged. They wouldn't even tell my secretary or any member
of my staff about my request. Suddenly it's the banner headline on the
front page of the Chicago Tribune that I had requested such a meeting
and that it was being snubbed. Then they had the gall over there to then
say the word of the meeting came out of my office. The Tribune had an
exclusive and they told me it came out of the White House and was
planted with them.
