K: Even if we turn the roads over to the UN, supposing there is
never a solution to the lines. Why don't we get the roads turned over
to the UN?

Never accept the notion of going back to October 22.
K: And, release the prisoners at that pant. The basic point is
that the October 22 lines are important only if you assume Israel
is going to stay on the West Bank a long time. If you assume they
are not going to stay, it does't make much difference. If Egypt starts
a Wagnerian fight on the October 22 issue and we use all our credit
getting Israel back to that, then we won't have any credit for the
next round.
