Dinitz they may ask the ships to identify themselves, which of course
when I mentioned to Dinitz, was national betrayal of Israeli interests,
even though they are letting the ships through and they have already
given orders to that effect, SO --but we haven't given the suburbs
of Cairo this week--they are in a particularly feisty mood

that message to Saqquf

I'm working on that, yes. So I'11 have one on Saqquf and one to Keating.

And another one to Fahmi in which he asks for our support to the Israelis
on the disengagement in the bilaterals and what you should say is I feel
very strongly if we can move in the direction discussed with Sadat much
more effectively within the framework of a peace conference.
