I think that you ought to do it, but I think that I am not agreed with
by most. You are going to get an awful lot on energy sir,

Hopefully you can set the stage for Mexico City, hopefully, you

Hopefully you can put the energy conference in context, SO that
they don't expect the goddamn world to come out of it; that is my
biggest concern. That you are going to be blamed if it doesn't
come out with great glowing success - - that is the thing I'm concerned
about that I would hope you would do
I admit there are dangers. My biggest concern is the press is going
look for a defeat out

The press is going to look for a defeat out of this conference, no
matter what we do

I know that--but - - I am saying to the extent you can cool that in advance--
The other answer is the backgrounder on the energy conference--aybe
that will do it.

I just think that they will get into tapping again--the Radford case
-they are going to get into blackmail

Well on the embargo--why the President said what he did.

I thought about it last night--I think it is a close call either way and
if you think they are going to get into Radford--then - - I guess --I'm
concerne
about the conference--that is my biggest concern--maybe a backgrounder
would handle it then.
But I think something needs to be done before that--conf.
