K: I noticed the cable has not yet gone that I wanted on the
preparatory group. You guys are going to do what I want..
S: Mr. Secretary, I cleared that cable I don't know how long ago.
I didn't believe you needed to clear off on it, but I don't know where
it has gone.
K: Now I am leaving town and it can't go until I get back. I don't
know where it stands.
S: If you want to know, I told Springsteen you didn't have to see it
again.
The Secretary then terminated the conversation.
