K: I was talking to Dick Helms. How long do you think it will clear that
cable.
S: Well I though frankly all it would take me on Monday is a telephone
call. I don't know that we have to clear it really, it's only a concept
that were talking about.
K: As long as we can have it in his hands by Tuesday or Wednesday.
S: Sure, because you seen than we'll get these people participating
and it's specifics they're really
K: No, no, I agree with you. But I have to talk to you how to set these
exercises up organizationally. Not as a building, as a government.
S: Sure. I sent you a flock of thingsthat will be coming across your
desk, we've been working on them all morning. There's all sorts of
telgrams.
K: Like what.
S: Well, several things from Fahmy and so on. We put a lot of stuff
together for you. Dick Campbell will have it all together for you whenever
you can get to it.
K: Why hasn't Atherton been in this week?
S: He has been in.
K: He hasn't attended any staff meetings.
S: You know Rodger Davies is the senior deputy down there SO Davies
has been attending these staff meetings.
K: Ch, that's it. I better talk to Atherton.
S: That's the reason for it.
K: OK, thank you.
