K: On this paper to the President - what is the paper that goes to the
President, SO he understands what they' re talking about.
S: It's Tab B.
K: There is nothing in there that explains to him what the issues are.
He's going to be flying absolutely blind.
S: Do you want a lot of details for him?
K: He needs enough to know what the players are saying and that he should
come out with a very firm position.
S: OK. So we should describe enough about what DOD may be doing and SO
he knows what to do.
K: That's right. His own statement should be a lot tougher than whats in
there.
S: Alright. I'll get right on it.
K: OK.
