S: Now would you like to put in then a sentence that says, of course this
has to be done in a way to permit verification by national means

S: This makes them relatively equal at the launching.
K: That's right but there are a number of their schemes which you showed
me that actually by giving equal warheads they would have to cut down their
numbers.
S: That's right.
K: There is a number of them that where the equal warheads thing works
in our favor towards lower numbers.
S: Yeah.
K: Now can you redo it in that sense?
S: Well, I will give you another one in the next 8 uple of hours.
K: Okay.
S: All right.
