-2- M: Anything like that would be fine but I don't want to harrass you. K: No, no you don't harrass me. But I will be more tired a week from today because I will be just back from a long trip. M: Don't have it on your mind. K: It isn't a question of being on my mind, it is a question that sinee we are thinking of doing some of these bilateral things: that I told you. M: Yes, yes there is alot of that going on now. K: But I want to understan d first of all what it is that others are doing bilaterally. And it doesn't do me anygood if you tell it to Rush M: Let me go to work on that this coming week and put something together. And then I'll be in touch with K: What I want to understand from them is first, what bilateral things are being done by others. Secondly, what bilateral things we should do. M: What bilaterals we should be doing. K: That's right, because we are quite willing dto do it. M: Ok, what else? K: Those are the major things. M: Those are the main things and I think they hav e some ideas as to what you can do to help and I think third and fourth, they WO uld like to report to you their reading of what is going on in connection with the cha cha they hear in the area in regards to the settlement. That might be helpful to you. K: I would appreciate that. But can they keep their mouths shut? M: What's that ? K: They can keep quiet , can't they? M: They can what ? K: They can be discreet. M Oh, definitely. You don't need to worry. I can guarantee that.
